Here below is the stage wise selection process we do.
Applications sourced will be reviewed according to the position wise and candidate profile will be checked with the job requirements.
The applicants experience, skills, background profile and overall suitability will be screened in detail to follow up with the client requirements. A telephonic interview may be conducted with the candidate and may also involve any form of examination subject to the demand of screening stage in order to shortlist.
Our recruiting department will select the applications and finalize the shortlist. The finalized shortlist will be released, according to the shortlist the candidates will be invited for the interview stage through email or telephone and will be followed up with the next stage.
This is the most important stage; the shortlisted candidates will need to attend the interview as instructed by the recruitment department. At this stage the candidate will have the face-to-face interview, as well as there may be other tests with respective to the client's procedure . The candidate may need to go through multiple stages of interviews that involve a test (computer based or paper exam) or trade testing or video call interview.
Note: Recruiting department holds every right to alter the instructions of the candidate in order to initiate any kind of interview or testing during the interview stage without any notice.
The interview result will be released in a list known as selection list. The selected candidates list will be released at the office notice board or will be informed through email or telephone and also may be published on the website.
This is the last stage will be carried out by the HR department, this stage focuses on the agreement procedures & document verification. Like issuing of offer letter, T&C check, verification of documents, All the necessary arrangements, preparations and required documents for the candidate deployment will be made ready. Verifications which may involve even police verifications or checking the Genuity in any ways by our team will be carried out only if required.
